I’m having a quiet Monday evening listening to Great Lake Swimmers (no I’m not depressed!) and trying out a new granola recipe.

It’s been the perfect background music for experimenting in the kitchen with Joshna’s Granola, a new recipe I found in The Stop’s first cookbook Good Food For All: Seasonal Recipes from a Community Garden. It’s a great cookbook with recipes for every season and all the proceeds go towards The Stop’s community kitchens.
